- Pan Seared Crabcakes — chef’s seasonal accoutrements, beurre blanc
- Savory Shrimp Fettuccine — garlic cream, white wine, spinach, tomato, parmesan
- Grilled Pork Chop with Apricot Chutney* — fingerling potatoes, seasonal vegetables
